We are in the final throes of a renovation and the team at Kaizen/Bidet-Toilet have been amazing. We had a last minute rush to buy a bidet seat, and they walked us through choosing the best possible one, and let us know how to handle a return if it didn't fit. Fortunately, our plumber has been able to "make it fit" and from the photos all looks in order. They were also extremely helpful picking out a mixer for the seat. Then, a month later, when our contractors found it wouldn't mount on the wall as built, the team were again helpful at finding a solution that would work for us in the long term as well as for our contractor, making everyone happy. I really appreciate the lengths they've gone to to make sure we are happy customers, providing their expertise to help us make the best decisions possible, and will review the products once we've moved back in, but felt it was important to review the company and customer service too. I find them to be honest and helpful, I've recommended them to our architect and contractor for future projects.
